We design tailor-made trips, 100% adapted to your tastes and needs, with the unique touch of our travel experience. We only organize trips to destinations we know firsthand, to make sure you live something authentic.
With the basic itinerary, we prepare the perfect route for you, but you take care of making the bookings. With the full one, we do everything for you: bookings, coordination, everything. You just have to arrive and enjoy, hassle-free. Note that we don't book flights, but we can give you recommendations.
Nothing in life is perfect, and every trip is an adventure. Unexpected things can happen: weather, cancellations, accidents… we don't control life! But we assure you that we'll give you the best possible service so you can enjoy it to the fullest. And for any eventuality, we travel with mandatory insurance!
Of course! During the preparation, we'll schedule 2 to 3 meetings to adjust every detail to your liking. If after the final payment you want to add or change something, we'll quote you an extra consultation to cover the service you request.
To start working on your itinerary, we'll first hold an initial meeting to get to know each other and understand your preferences. From there, we request an initial payment of 50% of the total cost. Once we receive this deposit, we start working on the draft of your itinerary, and throughout the process we'll hold additional meetings to adjust and perfect every detail.
When we reach a final itinerary, the remaining 50% must be paid. Please note that the initial payment is non-refundable, as it covers the time and effort invested in planning your trip. However, if you decide to cancel at any point, you won't be charged the second half of the payment and the design process will stop.

If you don't make the final payment, you'll only receive a draft of the itinerary, without the key information to book accommodations, guides, transportation and other essential details. This means your trip will be incomplete and without the necessary personalization. In addition, by not making the final payment, the agreement for the work already done in planning your trip would be breached.
